Abhijat Music Forum is an umbrella organization dedicated to the development and conservation of the art of Indian Classical Music. Our aim is to conduct innovative and unique residential music festivals that provide opportunities to genuinely talented artists and provide exposure to authentic classical music to audiences.
Genesis
Here is why Abhijat Music Forum was born as an Umbrella Music Organization, that works with many other organizations to achieve a common goal of promoting Indian Classical Music
Abhijat Music Forum began with the objective of assembling the organizations dedicated towards the welfare of Indian Classical Music under one collective roof.
We believe it is important to make use of the collective expertise of these multifaceted organizations in order to create an atmosphere suitable for providing a platform for upcoming artists.
Abhijat Music Forum has the blessing of many distinguished artists in the field of Indian Classical Music, who always offer their invaluable insight.
Destination Music Festival
Abhijat conceived and successfully executed this very unique concept of Destination Music Festival. A 2 to 3 day event dedicated to Hindustani Classical Music at picturesque and beautiful locations combine the magic of music with the purity of nature.
We stared this initiative in 2016. Today, we host such festivals at Lonavala (near Mumbai) and Goa. We hope to bring this concept to other exotic locations around the country.
