Chandrashekhar hails from a family of connoisseurs of music and art. His maternal grandfather, Late Shri Mama Pendse, was a revered and highly respected Gurutulya Marathi Stage Artist. His father, Pt. Raghunath Vaze, is a gifted vocalist and composer. He was the first to sow the seeds of swara and laya while nurturing his son's musical talent, which Chandrashekhar has cherished till this date.

Aditya, son of Smt. Vidya Khandwe,a performing Hindustani Classical Vocalist, was introduced to classical music during his childhood. He received his initial training from his mother. Later, he received guidance from Late Pt. Ratnakar Pai for training in Jaipur Gayaki since the age of 13. He has also received training in Gwalior Gayaki from Late Pt. Yeshwantbua Joshi. In addition, he received advanced training in Jaipur Gayaki from Late Ganyogini Pandita Dhondutai Kulkarni. Currently, he is pursuing further training under Pt. Ulhas Kashalkar.

Aditya Modak started learning Indian Classical Music at the age of five from Shri. Chandrakant Parker. He also received training under Shri. Pradeep Dhond for four years. At present, he is seeking training under the able guidance of Dr. Ram Deshpande, a renowned artist of Gwalior Gharana, since over a decade. Aditya is a Chartered Accountant and has earned his CA degree in the first attempt.

Ramdas Palsule is a very familiar name to the connoisseurs of Hindustani music as an intellectual tabla player who has carved a niche for himself at a very young age. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical engineering from COEP, a very premium institution. As a tabla player, Ramdas receives great admiration and recognition among musicians as well as audiences. He is one of the most senior disciples of the world famous tabla maestro Taalyogi Pandit Suresh Talwalkar.

Manjiri was born in a traditional music family. Her father Anand Asanare was a well-known tabla artist. He was the guiding spirit behind her in the field of music and he laid the foundation of confidence in her about Laya and Tala.
Manjiri has inherited the rich tradition of Jaipur Atrauli gharana from Pt. Kanetkar, the doyen of the gharana. The effect of Pt. Kanetkar's long association with Ustad Bhurji Khansaheb is aptly reflected in her melodious singing.
Manjiri owes her gratitude to Pt. C. T. Mhaiskar of Sangli under whom she received her lessons in the early days. Along with being a talented vocalist, Manjiri is also an award-winning kathak dancer.

Ramakant Gaikwad is a young and promising rising star on the horizon of Indian Classical vocal music. Born on 13th May 1988, he started taking lessons at the age of 4 from his father Pt. Suryakant Gaikwad, his mother Mrs. Sangita Gaikwad & Dr.Satish Kaushik, a disciple of Late Pt. Sadashivrao Jadhav of Kirana Gharana. He has also received guidance from Padmashree Pt. Jagadish Prasad, a disciple of Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan. At present, he is learning from the great maestro Pt.Nayan Ghosh. Following ‘Kirana’ & 'Patiyala' style or 'Gharana‘, Ramakant started performing on the stage at the age of 6. His natural talent and his musical sense earned him appreciation from common listeners as well as the connoisseurs of music.

He started taking his early music lessons at an age of six from his father Shri Sadashiv Bakre. Later on, he took a systematic and rigorous training from Dr. Ram Deshpande for 13 years through the traditional Gurukul system. Further, he received guidance and advanced training from late Pt. Dinkar Kaikini, Pt. Madhukar Joshi and Dr. Arun Dravid. At present, he is receiving further training from Pt. Ulhas Kashalkar, under whose guidence Shri. Nishad Bakre learned the style of rendition in the Gwalior, Jaipur and Agra Gharanas.

Vinayak Chittar stands out as an exceptionally mature contemporary exponent of sitar music. He has received most of his musical training from Pandit Arvind Parikh,a senior most disciple of Ustad Vilayat Khan, the architect of the modern sitar. A significant stint under the late Pandit P G Parab has also shaped Vinayak’s creative outlook significantly. While these various influences have
chiseled Vinayak into a technical virtuoso on the sitar, his musical goals and values continue to be inspired by the khayal vocal music of the Jaipur and Agra styles.

Mukti has received rigorous with Pandita Shama Bhate for more than 10 years, and still continues to learn from her as well as other gurus in India. To pursue her creative aspirations, she spends majority of her time working with her gurus and professional artists to boost her knowledge about Indian dance. In addition, she trains students in India.

He has received training from great gurus such as Late Pt. Laxman Mandrekar & Late Pt. Madhav Ghatval, and advanced training in harmonium from Late Smt Nirmala Pai Kakode for 18 years.

Supriya is a Sangeet Visharad with a specialization in Harmonium, which she has completed with dinstinction under
the guidance of Pt. Prakash Chitnis. In addition, she has received coaching from Vidushi Seema Shirodkar for thirteen years for classical solo
performance and accompaniment. At present, she is taking lessons from Dr. Dilip Gaitonde.

The venue is 18 km from Karmali railway station and 26 km from Madgaon railway station.
Very cozy and comfortable accommodation is available at the venue. Good quality and tasty food will be served. The venue has many amenities to make your stay comfortable.
How to get there?
All participants should reach the venue on 19th February before 5:00 pm. Do book your train and bus tickets in advance to avoid last minute disappointment.
Train: 6 Mumbai trains including Mandovi, Tejas Express halt at Karmali station.
Bus: Sleeper and semi-sleeper buses commute daily from all major towns.
Flights: There are a number of flights from Mumbai / Pune and all major cities in the country to Goa.
Local Transport: Transportation will be arranged from Karmali station to the venue for a minimal charge.
