All registrations for LKSS.23 are being done online. Please read the information below carefully before registering for the event. Select the accommodation option that suites your needs the best. Some of these options have very limited capacity. We request you to decide and register as soon as possible.

What is Included?

Your registration includes the following:

  • Access to all the performances over three days

  • Accommodation in the selected option

  • Dinner, Tea/Coffee on 27th September

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner and Tea/Coffee on 28th September

  • Breakfast, Lunch and Tea/Coffee on 29th September

  • Food includes tasty vegetarian option

Please note that travel to Lonavala and local commute is not included in the registration.

As always, LKSS will be held at a picturesque location in Lonavala. You will be able to experience the joy of Hindustani Classical Music with serenity of mother nature, far away from the noise and hassle of our urban lives. Here is the address of the Venue.

Donations

AMF relies on Donations from the lovers of Hindustani Classical Music for organising LKSS.23. We request you to pay a donation amount that will be utilised towards the expenses of organising the  event of this size.

You are eligible to claim Tax benefits on the amount that you donate for LKSS. Abhijat Music Forum will send you a receipt for your donation that can be used for claiming Tax Benefits.

The amount of donation is dependent on the type of accommodation that you select. Details are provided in the subsequent sections below.

Donations to the event are eligible for exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, to the person through whose Bank Accounts such amount is paid.

Please read the important points below before registering.

LKSS Dates

LKSS is scheduled for 27, 28, 29 September 2023. The registration is for the entire event. No partial registration is available.

Stay Dates

Check-in at 12:00 noon 27th September. Checkout at 08:30AM on 29th September

Food

Vegetarian good quality, tasty and healthy food will be served across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Conveyance & Travel

You will need to arrange for your travel to lonavala and local conveyance. All accommodation options are located nearby.

Online Payments

The Donations for the event needs to be paid online. All popular modes of payment are available. Registration is confirmed only after the payment is successful.

First-Come-First-Serve

Accommodation is limited under various options that we have. Even within a particular option, the room allocation will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Room allocation done by AMF will be final.

Maximum Registrations

You can register maximum upto 4 participants at a time. If you want to register more, follow the same process again.

Transferable

Your registration is transferable. You should send us an email at admin@abhijatmusicforum.com in case you want to do so.

Non-Refundable

Note that your registration is non-refundable. Registration Donation once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Accommodation Options

AMF has made arrangements of stay at convenient and economical options for accommodation. Please read through these options below and select the option that most appropriately suites your needs.

Primary, there are two categories of options for accommodation. Independent Rooms and Dormitories. There are multiple options for Independent Rooms, which are pretty much comparable with each other. The dorms for men and women are separate. Select the most appropriate option based on your preferences and donation amount.

Twin Sharing Rooms

These are cozy independent rooms accommodating two persons in each. Attached washrooms are available. There are multiple options as mentioned below. All these options are comparable with each other.

The donation amount for this option is
INR 11,000 / person (INR 22,000 for two people in a room).

Jaihind Sanitorium

  • Rooms on Ground and First Floor
  • No Lift Facility
  • Double Bed Room Accommodation
  • Rooms have separate beds
  • Attached Wash Rooms. Most of them have Western Commode. A few have Indian Commode.
  • Hot Water & Ample Parking.

Dormitories

These are dormitories that accommodate a fairly large number of occupants in comfortable halls. Arrangements are made on clear floor with mattresses, bedsheets, pillows, chadars and ceiling fans. Enough common washrooms are available.

Separate Dormitories are available for Men and Women.
